Refunds and Returns
To return an item to Brewganics, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a return shipping label.
Here Are the Steps:
Inform us of your desire for a refund and specify the item for return via one of the methods below:

(We do not process any returns/refunds via phone or voice messaging)
What Happens Next?
- We will respond to you with a prepaid slip within 24-48 hours of your message
- Place the order in a box or mailer envelope and mail it back to us using the prepaid label we have provided
- Once your order is received by ur returns department we will process the refund (this takes 1-2 business days). Refunds take 4-10 business days (depending on bank) and will issue to the same card that was used to place the order.
Improper packaging or label may result in delays or no refunds as we cannot locate your order to initiate.
If you do not contact us first (within the 30 days) to initiate the refund process, a refund will not be made on the basis of just shipping it to us.
Shipping charges may be deducted from the refund depending on return such as "ordered by mistake," "it didn't do anything for me," or "I changed my mind."
Refused Packages
Shipping rates, processing and restocking fees are also deducted on orders that are refused delivery and return to us. (Note. Refused orders are also sometimes lost in transit)
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please make sure the correct address is provided and you are available to accept the package the day of delivery. A tracking number will be provided to assist.

Try Brewganics risk free! If you are not satisfied with our product, send the unopened ones back for a refund. Just follow the steps and initiate before the 30 days.
